- Festival period: October 31–November 8, 2026. Passport open days: Oct 31–Nov 1, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM; Nov 7–8, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.

- Current regular passport prices: U29 full-period ¥2,000; first- or second-period pass ¥3,000; adult full-period pass ¥5,000. Early-price sales have ended.

- Buy the appropriate passport for the access dates. Most passport buildings do not require separate advance registration; some require free online timed/numbered tickets. Regular online passport sales end Nov 8 at 5:00 PM, subject to availability; other channels and buildings have their own hours. The guided-tour lottery has closed. Current ticket inventory is unverified.
