- Advance participation uses the ¥6,000 three-day fair pass, plus the garden donation of ¥700 per adult (¥300 for junior/senior-high pupils). Separate same-day experience tickets are planned; price and availability are not published.
- Reservation
- The three-day pass is sold through Nov 5 (time not specified). Reserve each boat/tour session separately, first come; buying the pass does not secure a session. Current remaining places are unverified.

The ¥700 garden donation alone does not include the special boat ride. Transport, garden entry and the fair/experience ticket should be budgeted separately.
